I've been dealing with back pain for a few years now, and recently found out I have degenerative discs. I don't know if it's related to the back pain, but seems like every couple of weeks I wake up with a crick in my neck. Due to this, I've been on the hunt for a good pillow that will at least alleviate some of the neck issues, or help prevent furure occurrences. This is the first cervical pillow of this kind and shape that I've purchased, and it is AMAZING! The menory foam is probably on the softer side, but that is what I like! I recently purchased a different type of pillow that I liked at first, but ended up being too firm for my liking. This pillow here is just right, and it cradles my head in the little opening perfectly! I wouldn't just recommend this pillow to others with back and cervical issues, I'd recommend it to just anyone looking for a new comfortable pillow. I like it!
